Our training department offers specialized learning opportunities to county officials and their staff. Our goal is to help them perform their duties effectively, efficiently, and with greater knowledge and awareness.
We offer a wide range of training classes, including general county government training, finance, and cybersecurity. We offer both in-person and live virtual training to meet your needs and preferences.
CTAS offers many training programs and certifications. Our two main programs, County Officials Certificate Training Program (COCTP) and Certified County Finance Officer (CCFO) Program, are multi-part curricula that result in an esteemed designation. We also offer several 100% online, self-paced certifications that can be completed on your time and at your pace.
