Rachel joined CTAS in August 2021. Prior to joining CTAS, Rachel worked in higher education throughout the middle Tennessee area for over 11 years, including 8 years as an Admissions Advisor for Volunteer State Community College, helping students from application to graduation. She also worked previously in customer service within the private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Tennessee as well as an Associate of Science degree in Communication from Volunteer State Community College. Rachel is a native Tennessean and loves to travel with her family.
