Wesley joined CTAS in 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Tennessee Technological University. Before CTAS, he served as executive director of Local Finance for the Tennessee Department of Education. Wesley is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
