Chandra joined UT CTAS in April 2023, with 19 years of experience in education, leadership development, and professional training. Chandra holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and an M.Ed. in Primary and Secondary Education from Tennessee State University, as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Professional Practices from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In 2025, she earned a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Essentials through APMG International. She is known for her grounded, practical approach, guiding professionals to explore emerging technologies with confidence, openness, and a focus on meaningful outcomes, while helping teams adopt tools that support people and foster continuous learning. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family.
