Mike joined UT CTAS in March 2011 after 20 years with the Local Government Corporation. He holds an M.B.A. (2022) and a B.S. (1986) in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Mike earned the Certified Public Manager designation in 2020. He and his wife Ginger live in Weakley County with their family.
