PDF versionSECTION 1. That Chapter 696, Private Acts of 1925, the caption of which is set forth in the caption of this Act, be and the same is hereby expressly revived and shall continue in full force.
SECTION 2. That this Act shall take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
