The Administrative Professionals Academy (APA) is a six-month professional development program designed to help administrative professionals build skills, strengthen connections, and elevate their impact in the workplace.
Through engaging, hands-on sessions, participants explore leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, managing up, and other essential professional skills. APA combines targeted instruction with opportunities to connect with professionals from government, university, and business settings.
Two Cohorts. One Powerful Leadership Experience.
East Tennessee APA
The East Tennessee cohort runs from January through June 2027, with monthly, in-person sessions held in Oak Ridge.
Middle Tennessee APA
The Middle Tennessee cohort runs from July through December 2027, with monthly, in-person sessions held in Nashville.
Both cohorts offer a dynamic learning environment that encourages personal growth, practical application, and collaboration across Tennessee
Who Should Attend?

💼 Tuition
$2,500 per participant
Tuition includes all program elements—training materials, assessments, and a graduation celebration.
Special Offer: Organizations that register five participants receive the 5th tuition FREE (when the full $10,000 is paid in a single check).
