The Solid Waste Certificate Program (SWCP) is an online program designed for county officials and staff involved in solid waste management. Courses cover topics such as county government structure, budgeting, legal considerations, customer service, and operational practices for solid waste systems. The program offers practical training for those responsible for managing or supporting solid waste operations.
