Change brings opportunity, and at CTAS, we are embracing both with great excitement.
After nearly two decades of dedicated service to Tennessee counties, Manager of Field Services Jim Hart will be retiring later this year. Jim's contributions to CTAS and to Tennessee's county governments are immeasurable, and we will have much more to say in celebration of his legacy as his retirement date approaches.
In the meantime, we are pleased to share that CTAS has thoughtfully restructured our field services leadership to best serve the evolving needs of our consultants and the counties they support. Rather than filling Jim's position with a single successor, CTAS has created two specialized manager roles — one focused on county government consultants and one on technical consultants.
Following a competitive internal search, the CTAS search committee is proud to announce the appointments of Heather Duncan as Manager of County Government Consultants and Gabe Looney as Manager of Technical Consultants, both effective July 1.
In these roles, Heather and Gabe will serve as working managers, retaining their consultant positions and service regions while providing leadership to their teams.
