APA is a six-month program designed to build skills, strengthen connections, and enhance the impact of administrative leaders across Tennessee. From July through December, participants meet once a month in person in Nashville.

The program brings together a wide range of professionals, including executive and administrative assistants, HR and finance managers, specialists, and technicians. This mix of supervisors and individual contributors creates rich discussions, practical insights, and a learning environment that reflects today's workplaces.

  • Graduation: January 27, 2027

Tuition for APA is $2,500 and includes all program elements—training materials, assessments, and a graduation celebration. Agencies or departments that send five participants receive the 5th tuition for FREE (when the full $10,000 is paid in a single check).
