Follow the steps below to complete your CPA renewal for the current fiscal year.

Step 1: Log In to Your k@te Account

Go to https://kate.tennessee.edu then select External Customers and log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Locate and Register for the CPA Renewal Fee

You can register using either of the following options:

  • Option 1 – From "My Training":
      Find CPA Renewal Fee and click Register beside it.
  • Option 2 – From "Your Action Items":
      Click Register: CPA Renewal Fee (Starts 9/1/20YY).

Either method will take you to the same registration process.

Step 3: Select Payment Method

Click the Select button under Payment Method. Choose either:

  • Credit Card
  • Invoice

Then click Next.

Step 4: Complete Your Payment

If You Chose Credit Card:

  • Enter your payment information
  • You will receive an immediate confirmation
  • You will receive a receipt from CTAS within 2 business days

If You Chose Invoice:

  • An invoice will be emailed to the email address on your k@te account within 2 business days

Reminder

Complete payment promptly to avoid delays. Payments are due before June 30 each fiscal year.
