| REQUEST TIMELINE REQUIREMENTS I need to enter the request for UT-printed materials in the IPS request system (Teamwork) 4-5 weeks ahead of the due date since UPM needs 12-14 business days to print. This timing allows for creating/approving new designs and for mailing. Special requests like coil binds, die cuts, 600+ copies, and pop-up banners usually take a little more time, so please be cognizant of the timing of your request. I realize that sometimes materials aren't finalized until shortly before the event, but please make every effort to submit your request 4-5 weeks before you need it. If you cannot meet the 4-5 week requirement, please speak with Liz ASAP to ensure your request is completed in time. |
