We are excited to introduce a new staff member to you - Heather Duncan has joined us at CTAS as our newest County Government Consultant! Heather may be a very familiar face to several of you. She most recently served as the Coffee County Circuit Court Clerk since 1994. She also served as the President of the County Officials Association of Tennessee.
Heather will be succeeding Gary Hayes in the southeast Tennessee region around the Chattanooga area. Although she is new at CTAS as a staff member, Heather has worked closely with Gary during her tenure as circuit court clerk. Heather's hands-on experience and knowledge of county government bring a fresh perspective to our agency that will enhance our customer relationships.
