Coming in March is our Operating Budget Workshop! Our instructors have revamped this class to make it more hands-on so you are ready to prepare an operating budget.
The Operating Budget Workshop will discuss items included in an operating budget; describe the different laws under which counties adopt and operate budgets; explain different components of a county budget; and discuss and identify acceptable budget practices.
