CTAS Reference Materials
Over the years CTAS has published numerous manuals, technical publications, and other written materials to assist county officials in the performance of their duties. These publications covered every facet of county government in Tennessee. CTAS is moving towards providing publications electronically to facilitate keeping reference materials current and always available to county officials.
