Jeff Metzger Jeff Metzger, legal consultant, joined CTAS in July 2007. Prior to joining CTAS, Jeff was a real estate attorney at a Nashville law firm. He graduated magna cum laude from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science in 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2005, graduating Order of the Coif. While at the University of Tennessee College of Law, he was a recipient of a Chancellor’s Citation and Extraordinary Professional Promise Award and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
