Mike Meyers Mike Meyers, Geographic Information Systems consultant, has been with CTAS since September 1999. Prior to CTAS, Mike was a regional planner with the US Department of Interior for 8 years in Oregon and California and a partner in an environmental consulting firm. Mike has a bachelor's degree from Eastern Oregon University and a master’s degree in Geography from the University of Tennessee. He is completing his Ph.D. in Geography at UT.
